Two questions: The two antihistamines are very similar and you can find out which works better for you. Tretinoin cream is one of several options for acne, especially good if you have a lot of blackheads / comedones. All acne can be managed but it needs to be individually tailored -- if it's severe or on your trunk this won't be enough and you need to get with your personal physicain. Best wishes.
