Would need more info: Even with Lupus, unstable angina in a 36 year old is extremely unlikely but if true implies a serious disorder in lipid metabolism, obesity, or an extremely self-destructive lifestyle. If your primary care provider cant sort thru your very complicated history and presentation then you should definitely visit both a rheumatologist and a cardiologist and keep an open mind to what they have to say
