What is the likelyhood of post ablation/patss if both ablation and biliateral salpingectomy are performed at the same time?

Not likely: If the tubes are removed entirely (salpingectomy ) the post tubal ablation syndrome is highly unlikely since the tubes are no longer present. Post tubal ablation syndrome is not that common even when a tubal ligation is the technique used.
