My 4 year old daughter has been teary on her eyes for 2 weeks she was tested for eyesight and was clear?

Epiphora: The sudden onset of tearing not associated with a refractive error and quiet eyes should be evaluated by a (pediatric) ophthalmologist for possible obstruction in the tear drainage system. If the eyes are white and otherwise quiet this is the most likly explanation.
