While trying to open a gatorade bottle i torn off a layer of my skin from my finger. the cut off section of my finger is very pink with no blood. ?

Most important is to prevent a secondary infection by keeping it clean with good soap and water hand washing and covering it if possible by an appropriate non-adherent, sterile bandage/dressing.
