Phimosis: This condition is called phimosis. You should see a urologist and suggest surgical correction. (It's very minor surgery.) The danger is that if you get an infection, like yeast, severe swelling with "stuck" foreskin can block blood flow, causing serious damage to the head of the penis. Talk with your PCP soon about referral to a urologist. Good luck!
