I am experiencing ringing in ears. it is most likely been caused by anxiety. i am doing calming exceeding but how long should i expect it to last?

Depends: Depends on if the causes of ear ringing like medications such as aspirin, ear wax and vestibular dysfunction have been eliminated. Visit the Doctor to get an otoscope exam and labs. Only after that would I consider anxiety as a cause of ringing in the ears. Anxiety is easily treated with oral medication which would stop this problem if it was the reason for the concern.
