Endometrial cast: An endometrial cast is just when the uterus sheds its lining all at once instead of a over several days like a normal menstrual cycle. It can be related to progesterone treatments. It sometimes is confused as a miscarriage so if there is concern then a pregnancy test should be done to confirm one is not pregnant
