Infection ongoing: Was the infection fully treated with antibiotics by mouth and/or drops in the affected ear? If to you may still e dealing with a low grade infection. Also it is very common that even after acute infection is resolved, pressure in the ear may not fully resolve for up to 3 months and sometimes longer. See you primary doctor or ear nose and throat specialist for full examination and tymp test
