Unrelated symptoms: I would say that depending on the severity and aggravating vs alleviating factors, based on the number of symptoms, it is likely a central cause. Differential diagnosis includes neurologic (i.e Multiple Sclerosis, fibromyalgia, neurogenic claudication), autoimmune (lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, amyloidosis), and vascular (claudication)...or some combination thereof.
