Your PCP: would confer with the relevant specialist , a cardiothoracic surgeon/vascular surgeon would be the doctor's to start with initially. Antiplatelet agents as aspirin / clopidogrel may be needed to prevent vascular complications if the cause is atherosclerosis, wish you well
