Is not eating during the day also considered an eating disorder?

Not necessarily: People have a range of eating habits. Although most physicians recommend multiple meals during the day, some people prefer to have a single meal or two. A "disorder" requires there to be a problem. If you are feeling well, your weight is reasonable, and you are eating a balanced diet, then it doesn't sound like there is a problem.
