Not much: Usually these are old TB or histoplasmosis. The chance of this being cancer are very small, but go get your scan.

CT scan done for lungs no issue. However, Mild/moderate coronary artery calcification is seen. Everything else was within normal limits. Dr didn't mention it with CT results. What does this mean and is it serious? I am pretty active and exercise?
