Good day i have a dry cough and dry throat, my lungs feel as though they are burning. i dont have fever or any other cold symptoms.

Dry cough: I believe you have a viral upper respiratory tract infection with a hacking,nonproductive cough and throat dryness. I recommend your taking a soothing cough suppressant like robitussinDM. Antibiotics don't seem to be indicated at this time. See your physician if you develop fever,chills,sweats, copious discolored sputum, wheezing, shortness of breath or sharp chest pain with a deep breath.
