A member asked:

Apicolordotic view fails to demonstrate active infiltrates in the right upper lung.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Confusing jargon: These terms actually mean something specific. It means in a specialized view of the lungs taken to examine a specific area in the upper lung there is no sign of a pneumonia or other abnormality. The doctor requesting the x-ray may have provided some history or exam findings requesting a thorough evaluation of that area.
