No risk, no worry: This is a quite atypical situation. E coli UTI (usually urethritis, but sometimes with bladder infection) can be acquired by anal sex, but rarely by vaginal. In any case, your infection is limited to your urinary tract and almost certainly does not involve your mouth, even if you performed oral sex on the same partner. You can give partner(s) oral sex without fear of passing E. coli.
