Pleurtic shoulder pa: May be pleurodynia viral inflammation of the lining aroudn the lung, or rarely may be pnurmothorax ( collapse of lung ) though usually assocaited with shortness of breath or clot in lung if predisposed , or rarely mass or cardiac like pericarditis ( inflammation of lining of heart or vessals. f/u/ w/ doc/ ER today
