"Never say never": "Never say never" but sinusitis does not cause tachycardia. That said, some ways it can indirectly lead to tachycardia may include: using decongestant medications (such as Sudafed), sipping on drinks all day to soothe that irritated throat and then learning the drinks have caffeine, being an anxiety patient who worries all day about her sinusitis, having a fever or pain from the sinusitis, etc...
