Call doc!: Call the doc, he may have samples available. Also contact the drug company, who may offer assistance/coupons to help pay for it. Otherwise, check with doc for other alternatives.

Dymista: is a combination of flonase and Azelastine. Could be equivalent to use of Flonase plus oral anti histamine like loratidine

Nasal spray: most nasal spray are going to be pricey unless they are generic try Flonase or Nasacort (triamcinolone) which are corticosteroid. nasal antihistamine could be cheaper or try over the counter like saline spray, it might be helpful.

Yes: Both components of Dymista are available either over the counter or as generic. Flonase is available over the counter at most drug stores. The other component azelastine is prescription only but available as generic for about $45 per month. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
