See an orthopedist: This mains you have a tear in the lateral meniscus of your knee. If you have not done so alrfeady, you should consult with an orthopedist. Lateral meniscal tears are not necessarily symptomatic.

Knee: It means that if you are incapacitated you may need an arthroscopic examination of your knee to repair the damage. Good Luck
