No treatment: Ureaplasma urealyticum is normal in the genital tract. At any point in time, half of all women you age test positive. Although once in a while UU is responsible for minor symptoms in men, it has never been proved to cause any health problem at all in women. Most STD experts never even test for it. You don't need treatment on account of this result.
