That's good, sort of: If a person has antibodies to HSV2 (has immunity), she should not get new HSV2 infections in places that she did not get HSV2 sores in the past. If she recalls no lesions in the past, her HSV2 was likely mild and has not recurred YET. Life can surprise you sometimes (cannot predict when the virus with reappear). If wanting to repeat the HSV antibody test, can try a different lab than last time.
