Is a blood test for hsv2 after 3 months pretty accurate? i had sores on my vagina but tested negative for everything. could it possibly be friction?

HSV II: If you had sores caused by an HSV II outbreak, there would be evidence of an increase in either IgM or IgG antibodies, which would appear by "3 months". There are other causes of sores, so see your gyn provider for an exam.
