It depends: If you're talking about everyday, ordinary things with some basis in reality, and you are not suicidal or homicidal, then you don't need to be worried. Some people process or solve problems by talking through them. However, if you are having conversations with people or entities that are not present, then you may want to see a mental health specialist for an assessment.
