My Opinion Only: but high cervical issues should NOT be addressed with spinal manipulation. Good chiros KNOW this and will only apply PASSIVE treatments. My suggestion is a consultation with a SPINE expert....In Greenville seek an academic center's SPINE UNIT... Hope this is helpful Dr Z
