Perioral dermatitis : I would recommend oral antibiotics like doxycycline for perioral dermatitis. The condition usuallly resolves with treatment. Be aware of mouth irritants that could be causing the problem like new toothpaste, mouthwash, lipstick or foundation.

I was diagnosed with Perioral Dermatitis and prescribed Doxycycline 100mg 2X a day. No topical cream, wash with clear water. Day 3 no improvement.
Itchy, flaky, rash between and under breast. I've been prescribed cetaphil soap, anti fungal cream, and a steroid cream nothing is working.
