Normal: It is normal to have these twitches while falling asleep or relaxing. They are called Myoclonus and if they are brief and in those circumstances they are normal and not to worry about.

Muscle twitching (face, legs, random places like knees) fingers move on own, and legs go weak at random times. Also, sharp random pain in buttocks area (on cheek) which may sound weird- but it happens suddenly. What causes this? Only 18 years old?
