Unlikely: Reye syndrome is a rare complication to flu or chickenpox that is treated with aspirin or aspirin derived products. Less than 10% of maternal intake is transferred in the milk. Aspirin is considered a marginal but acceptable maternal drug during BF. Babies this age get congested/sneezy from inhaled irritants like dust/fragrance.
