Hello dr i have a rush which started with a small spot and now its very red and white, the skin looks like an open wound. what can i apply?

Shingles?: If you have reddness of skin with some " bumps " like blisters and thay open and are sore - it coudl be Herpes or Shingles outbreak. it is ussualy one side of body and painfull or burning sensation - once wound get dry - it crust and heal over. You can get Rx medication to recover faster and prevent further pain. Apply cold aloe vera gel, vaseline.. ok . Moist towel.Check with your MD .
