Abdominal severe pain on the left side of the stomach since 3am today at 11 weeks pregnant. it's only getting worse... no bleeding though? should i call emergency help?

A woman with "severe pain" needs a doctor's evaluation to check for any dangerous condition. Being pregnant means pregnancy complications need to be looked for. No time to wait.
