Doctor can evaluate: If one has moderate (or worse) tummy pain, and is normally in good health, some possibilities include: appendicitis (usually has fever), gall stones, kidney stone (very painful), constipation (crampy), stomach flu, etc... A woman with "severe pain" needs a doctor's evaluation to check for any dangerous condition. Being pregnant means pregnancy complications need to be looked for. No time to wait.
