Hemorrhagic simple ovarian cyst, about 4-5 cm. hosp docs don't know what is causing bad stabbing pain after us/tvs (even opioids didn't help fully).

Could be torsions: Hemorrhagic cysts certainly can cause pain. If the pain is severe then the cyst may be twisting around its blood supply. This is called an ovarian torsion. Surgical intervention is needed in these cases. Your obgyn will need to evaluate you.
