Hi! im 23wks pregnant. i applied a very small amount of quadrium cream on a rash but removed after an hour after reading about it. is still harmful to baby when removed and washed off?

No Harm done: Quadrium cream contains Beclomethasone Dipropionate (steroid), Clotrimazole (antifungal) & Neomycin (Topical antibiotic). Its unlikely that any of these ingredients would harm the baby if applied once and removed after an hour. Best wishes!
