You need evaluation: As the baby grows increased pressure at the stomach outlet can increase gastroesophageal reflux (acid indigestion) but if you are having frank pain, particularly if it seems a bit to the right, radiates into your back and is associated with nausea and vomiting then it is likely your gallbladder and you may need surgery. Pregnancy is not a time to sit back and speculate. Go to ER or see ur doc now
