Mucous plug: It's totally normal to begin cramping after the loss of your mucous plug . It doesn't mean that you're going into labor though because the mucus plug it is something that always forms and reforms. Only if you get strong whole abdomen contractions or if you continue to leak watery fluid , should you really worry. You should still be regularly seeing your ob/gyn during this time.
