Needs to be: evaluated, may indicate ongoing kidney issues....a "falling" GFR is somewhat concerning. ARE YOU TAKING ANY MEDICATIONS WHICH CAN AFFECT THE GFR???? (eg NSAIDS (such as ADVIL , ALEVE, ) can be a problem Just a thought, hope it helps Dr Z
