You don't want your: Body to rely on laxative tea for regular bowel movements. Do not use senna herbal teas for longer than 7 days.

Would avoid: Ballerina tea is promoted as a diet herbal tea.
Senna is a laxative and the tea is not intended for use during pregnancy.
