You can't: You really can't increase your period flow - there are medications you can use to decrease the blood flow (mostly contraceptives), but not really to increase it. You could take estrogen and that may cause an increase in blood flow, but this would not be advisable since estrogen alone can cause endometrial cancer and increase risk of blood clots.
