Have a small patch of eczema on thigh.finally started triamclinolone 0.1% 1.5 days ago. maybe gone down a bit but still there.how long until its gone?

Treatments are focused on keeping the skin surface in stable enough condition that it remains a competent barrier to germ invasion. You may be able to reduce treatment to the lower strength topical steroids like 1% hydrocortisone. (stronger creams can thin the skin) . It will clear when it does.
