E Cigarettes: Although billed as a "safer" alternative to tobacco, are far from safe. They are still filled with chemical components, and in one chemical analysis were found to carry ten times the number of cancer causing chemicals in cigarettes. Vaping: As of 11 SEP 2019 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported 6 deaths & > 450 possible cases of severe lung injury in 33 states & 1 jurisdiction related to vaping. The mechanism of injury is poorly understood at this time. Don't recommend vaping. Vaping can cause pulmonary symptoms.
