Have complete exam: if you deal with blisters " Herpes & cold sores' and thrush & yeast oral infection . Revise your nutritoon and lifestyle . Immune system may be weak. Medical exam and labs may be appropriate. Check if you dont have diabetes , avoid antibiotics. Eat more fresh produce, probiotics ( Kefir, Yogurt) . Dont smoke. Have dental exam and good oral hygiene. Keep hydrated, Get rest. Get MD exam.
