I have one blister under my penis head. it is there as far as i remembered. it is not hurting or any thing. does that mean i have gentile herpes? it never get away. i am monitoring this blister for over a year now and no change happened.

See a doctor: It is not likely to be herpes if it has been there for over a year. I am worried it could be something more serious, like Syphilis or chancroid. You should see a doctor to be evaluated.
