Enlarge Lymph Node: The feeling you describe that originates in your neck sounds like it could be a nerve irritation. Your age and sex make unlikely that this is your heart. Lymph node is Alarming, you need to see your personal Dr in real time.

Strain: You may have a mild cervical strain .It should gradually disappear. However if it continues to bother you try an anti inflammatory such as Advil or Aleeve. Good Luck
