Unlikely: HPV is a family of dozens of viruses with specific living requirements/areas of infections. Genital HPV lives in the genitals & is passed by direct genital to genital contact. He could acquire this doing oral if you were shedding the virus at that moment, but the localized nature of the infection means it is not in your saliva/mouth.
