Can i drink alcohol the same day after an endoscopy? i have a birthday party tonight and i would like to have a few drinks, it's been about 6 hours.

Not a problem: You can have a few drinks under this circumstance. Be aware however, that the drugs used to sedate you for the endoscopy may still be affecting your system. So you should not drive or engage in any potentially dangerous activity because alcohol might co-act with the sedation.
