The concern is..: That you have a much higher chance of developing pancreatitis, which is very painful and debilitating, if you drink while taking the Accutane, even just for a night. There is also concern for the effect on your liver as both drugs are processed through the liver. One drink may be ok, but you are taking chances past that. (Happy Birthday!)
