UTI: Almost certainly you have a urinary tract infection. UTIs in women often are triggered by sex, but it's not an STD. Sex can massage normal bacteria into the urethral opening. This is extremely common, and even has an old name that tells the story: honeymoon cystitis. Almost all women have UTI from time to time. See a doctor ASAP for diagnosis and antibiotic treatment.
