Whenever: Should be okay to have sex but check with your doctor and do not get pregnant for a while. 1 to 3 months depending on who you ask. The HCG should be back to undetectable so as to not confuse any further pregnancy versus retained products. Also, allow time for the uterus to heal and allow normal implantion next time around (if desiring pregnancy again).

Ok to resume sex: I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your baby, I'm sure this is a very hard time for you. It is safe for you to resume intercourse now. We generally recommend waiting a week after the procedure to decrease the risk of infection, but there is not need to wait longer that that.
