My wife is 26 weeks pregnant and may be getting the flu. what otc meds can she take?

See a doctor: the flu can be very dangerous in pregnancy and if she has flu-like symptoms (fever, malaise, body aches, loss of appetite) she should see a doctor right away to get a prescription for Tamiflu. Over the counter cold remedies are not sufficient for the flu.
