Evaluation: If this is the first time this has happened then we can not conclude that it is related to your period. You may have a gastrointestinal illness that is coincidental to your period. Consider seeing your primary care doctor for an evaluation of the vomiting and diarrhea. Dehydration may explain the light headedness. An evaluation is needed
