Abdominal pain ?: If you did not have your ovaries removed when the hysterectomy was performed, this may represent an ovarian cyst or a pelvic infection. Chronic diarrhea may also come from infection or endometriosis. With the ovaries retained, a hysterectomy will not affect the pain from endometriosis, and colon stimulation with diarrhea is common with endometriosis.
